Looks like the truck was almost at a dead stop. Looking at the slush in its tracks and the trailer hardly moved from the impact. Sad...

Have you guys seen the video of the big rig passing a big rig at the canoe hill going west bound, guy going east bound in pick up had dash cam and the passing big rig was on the hole east bound lane with the east bound pickup in the shoulder
