HELP. broken fuel fitting on hill!

Anyone have some experience fixing the broken fittiing on the fuel pump when stranded on the hill! Got a xm sitting in chappell and need some ideas beside a heli to get it out. It ust spews fuel when you try to start it and it won't fire at all.

Go talk the guy at alpine rentals in vale. I was up in Allen creek a awhile ago and there was a guy up there that had the same problem and alpine sold them parts to get the sled out.

Go get some gas line,duct tape and 3/8 conector. run the line back to the gas cap stick a foot or so in the tank and tape it up with duct tape. If you can get a small hose clamp tighten it up around the original gas return line for some back preasure in fuel system other wise it will bogg if you have to do a climb getting it out. The line that breaks is just a return line so as long as you can get the gas back into the tank you should be good. A little back preasure will make it run better. hope that helps.

That sucks! I got quoted a chopper ride out of chappel two years ago and it's not cheap!
