Help ,,, 2005 900 Polaris RMK

I am plugging together my wiring harness and noticed the PTO side fuel injector wires pulled out of the quick connect . The wire colour on PTO injector one is BLACK and the other WHITE and is all good and fine but now the quick connect on the wire harness the plugs into the PTO quick connect pulled out of the quick connect. One wire is GREEN and the other is RED with BLUE stripe. My QUESTION is what wore goes with BLACK or WHITE wire. Or does it matter. Thanks for lookin

it shouldnt matter........red/blue is power...green is ecm driven ground

Can't you match it to the MAG injector wiring?
