headlight on xp

what is the easiest way to get the dash apart to change the headlight on a xp. the tabs seem tight and i dont want to break the tabs,any info would be appreciated,thanks in advance

Small flat screwdriver pushing in 2 small top holes to release tabs while prying top of gauge. Top comes out first on a angle- bottom tabs are just there to hold in place as you slip in/out -you'll see when you get it out. Not sure if these are the greatest directions, lol, it is tight, lots of wiggling and finger prying! Good luck!
