0.08 was fine...just up the consequenses... it's not that hard...

.08... expensive $ and 1 yr suspension

.10... more expensive $$ and 2 yr suspension

.15... more expesive yet $$$ and a 3 yr suspension, 30 day Jail

.20... $$$$$$$$ 5 year suspension and min 6 mos Jail

All roadside tests over .08 include impound and towing fees....
