Good 2 Stroke Quad Mechanic

Anyone know of a good 2 stroke quad mechanic? I had a 99 Explorer motor rebuilt (was ported and polished) but the work didn't come out right, had some issues so I want to get a different mechanic that knows rebuilds and mods to look at it and find out what's wrong with it now.

When I got it back, it kept blowing head gaskets (antifreeze pumping out the top of the reservoir). I also took the pipe off (hotseat) because it was just too loud.

I had the guy that did the motor look at it again and the jug seemed to be lower than the head by a bit, so he ground the head down to match the jug (not sure why he did that) and it doesn't seem to leak now, but it doesn't have the power it even did when it was stock before the motor rebuild.
