Here are some pics of how to harpoon your fuel tank to get about 20 more litres of fuel in your tank.

1st Pic: Inside tank before any pipes are cut
2nd Pic: After 1st pipe is cut
3rd Pic: Second pipe is cut, now clean out debris and your in business.
Reinstall tank and now you have about 20 more litres of fuel per tank :D

Ok ill do a write up on it once i install into my truck hopefully this weekend. The dodge is a little different, it just requires some relocation of lines to get the extra fuel in.Ill also go out tommorow after work and collect the parts needed to install if anyone is interested in it for there dodge.

did you take into account the expansion of the fuel from sitting underground at 40 degrees to the outside summer temp of 120

WELCOME TO THE SITE... I DID MY OWN '04 F350 A FEW YEARS AGO, AND CHECKED IT SEVERAL TIMES, JUST TO BE SURE... EVEN WENT INTO THE SHUSWAP(+40*) AFTER LEAVING EDMONTON(-5*) ON THE SAME DAY, AND WATCHED CLOSELY.... NO PROBLEMS... I WATCHED THE THREAD ON THE FORD DIESEL SITE BEFORE I DID IT, AND MANY, MANY TRUCKS HAVE HAD THIS DONE NOW... I FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THIS IS NO PROBLEM. BE SURE TO POST YOUR HOME FLAG/PIN ON THE "MEMBER'S MAP" ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE FORUM, DOWN THE LEFT SIDE....... ;)
