Last year my oldest was 10. We got an evo Rmk and have one season on it stock. It has exceeded expectations on where it went and how well it did in stock form.

He has 600 km last year with 3 mountain trips (6 days).

But let’s start the mods.

Running boards are garbage!

So chop them off.

Rmk boards are I bit narrower so that’s where the customization is needed.

I made him try to pump one of the big rivets by hand first before unleashing the air riveter.

I used a small chunk of 1 1/2 angle to make the attachment point.

I’m a rookie on the aluminum welding but it prob won’t fall apart.

DUDE! you're a good Dad! keep that ch!t up.

I booked a family trip to revy later in March, we will get the 4 year old up to the cabins for the second time! So awesome to share the sights we get to see as mountain sledders. Pictures don't do it justice.

Evo elevate set up.

2021 Rmk take off fronts are a little longer. Gotta use the evo bushings but they bolt right in. With the springs backed right down they are soft enough and have double the travel.

Dropped the skid to the lower hole in the front and drilled a new rear mounting hole in the drop bracket.

Still more compact than a full size sled. We have a set of rear shocks too, but going riding first.

Test ride successful.

Happens to be the only comparison pic we got for height comparisons. The red one is stock.
