Did you get warranty or repair work done?

If they replaced the ECU they will reflash it with all the current updates. They also reflash original ECU if there is updates.

I bought the sled last year and I've never replaced the Ecu. Maybe red is the color of the sled. The p#4013134 doesn't have anything to do with which flash is on it?

Was the tape on it when you bought it?
P# is the part number of the flash.
If it ran fine last year, remove tape and giver.
Might have been replaced ecu before you bought machine.
I cant find the part number under ski doo, what year and brand?

Best i have is it is a polaris ecu and the red is the dot colour. should not have any issues.

4013134 is the software part # of the flash that is loaded. red is the colour of injectors in the sled. there was red, blue and yellow. different flow rates coded by colour.

Tape was on it when I bought the machine. I haven't touched the Ecu. Excuse my ignorance but is red a good colour than? Also is that the most updated software #?

The injector color is related to flow. It is an input in the reflash.
