i have a 04 grizz 660, im oversized by 1mm, k&n filter, full hmf exaust,

how should i set up my dynojet kit?

Have a pro do it? I would say if you don't find the map on their website that suits your mods then you could have an aftermarket shop write you a custom tune. Or you could put the autotune module on it and it will adjust to whatever mods you have and you can add more mods and it will change your tune for you.

That's a carb not EFI right? Go on mudinmyblood and look on there. That's where I found the set up for my brute. Or just trial and error works.

Oh right I was just thinking about efi models.

When I did my Vinson I started out with richer than stock needle/seat combo and then just rode it and kept checking the plug, leaning it out as I went until it started to backfire a bit and the plug was looking white then went back rich a bit till I got the plug to a nice brownish/black and the backfiring stopped. Rode it for 2500km like that trouble free. Fuel mileage and power were noticeably increased after.
