Hello,
I am new to thhis site. I am a mechanically inclined individual that is searching for more opinions on a prob.

I just purchased a 2001 XCSP 600 this last winter. It is the crabbiest sled I have ever own as far as cold starts. It simply will not warm up! You actually have to drive it. I have had people tell me to live with it or change the pilot jets. It also has starter jets. Would upping those one size help without sacrificing my 14 MPG I currently get?

Also there is a 'snapping' sound that comes from the engine. I cleaned the VES valves and rebuilt the clutch and it is still there. I had a Polaris mechanic tell me that Liberty engines sometimes do that. Anyone else ever run across this? Thanks guys!
