Just did the gear swap last night with shredder, One thing I noticed was the 19T top gear was cut out a touch on one side but I had also changed out the stock spacer with the one from a 440. Should I have left the stock spacer with the new gear that had an offset?

Just for your information Gerry @ Martin Equipment sourced everything out and ordered it for $185.00. 20 tooth 15 wide top gear, 15 wide 86 chain and the 440 spacer for behind the top gear. All done but the assembly part.

How did you make out after the install? I can verify with absolute certainty that the 84 pitch 15W chain is correct when installed with a 19T top gear. Did you notice whether or not your top gear had an offset cut into one side...
