Bolt Torque Value

I have 2001 Arctic Cat ZR440 snowpro with a Predator 700 Big Bore kit. I believe that the jugs and the head is Black Majic as that is stamped on top. I pulled the head off a while back and have not torqued any bolts yet. I do not have any spec's to work with. Can someone tell me what I should be torqueing the bolting to?

22 to 25 lbs should be safe. No more.

call someone who knows there is alot more to know about the proper torque than the general size for a 5/16 bolt. I would ask these questions
Lubed or dry
What is the real torque
what is the proper pattern
does it need to be retorqed hot or cold or at all
Not to say that 25 ft/lbs is not alright because i know that torque is only as good as the tech holding the wrench and the condition of the wrench. but be safe and get the real knowledge that the enginneers designed the unit to be put together wanted
just my humble opinoin......and a few hundred dollars of hard lessons learned
