Need to upgrade my bracket on my v- nose to hold a 40-60lb bottle.
What are my options?
This is what I have currently.

Yup singular, uno.you say bottle, not bottles ?
Yup singular, uno.
Yeah, I got two 60's but I only have room for one at a time.then go for the 60, I upgraded to 2 30's and now want to go to 2 40's
Hmm, so how did you attach that to the trailer?Just put a double bracket on the front tight to wall, bottles clear easy so not sure how much bigger 40's are. I carry a extra 30'and I never run out so with the 2 40's I should be good. I too run 24/7, batteried up and all good
You keeping your tanks inside the trailer, really tempted to do this.Use a milk crate they work perfectly
TDG frowns at it.... But yeah know.No I just screwed the milk crate to the frame never thought about inside
Common practice forsure.A buddy of mine bought a pre owned trailer this fall, the guy before stores the propane inside. Is this normal?, safe?
But then again my 5th wheel stores the cylinders in an enclosed compartment but it's well ventilated.Common practice forsure.
I am sure someone can quote a regulation what it is illegal.
Problem is if someone over fills the bottle for you in cold weather. Then you put it in your trailer and the relief valve lifts you could have a rodeo.
Had that happen one time, luckily it didn't light off.

No my vent is on the top lol, guess they didn't get the memo. Those compartments are usually open on the bottom? Propane is heavier than air and sinks to the bottom. Propane is also one of the most volatile gasses. They don’t let propane vehicles in parkades because if it leaks the whole place can blow.
