Or you can do the C3 conversion (way better in my opinion) as it has a tensioner and gearing options, they also teamed up with Avid and you can have an extended belt drive for your 11' or 12'

Lastly their will be one more option for those of us who snowcheckd 13's for extending the belt drive: I am told it will run the C3 sprockets and bellt, I anticipate the release...

I wonder if a guy should carry an extra belt just in case?
I am going to. I mean why wouldn't you...they weigh almost nothing, could just strap it under the hood, and you could sell it for a fortune to some guy on the hill that didn't bother to buy a spare. lol
Seriously though, why risk wrecking a day on the hill for the sake of a few bucks. It's not like it will never have to be changed so why not be prepared.

Bingo. With the belt drive being brand new this year, better safe than sorry. Maybe never need it and that's OK too! :)
