Atlas or Cataract for beginners first ride?

Would like to take the wife and son out for their first ride this weekend, which place would be better for this weekend? I'm a newbie myself, went to Cataract once last year and went for a ride at Coal Creel last weekend. Drove up to Atlas on the way back just to have a look, were a few rigs in the staging area. I'm in High River so distance wise it doesn't really matter to me. Just want them to have a good first ride, not sure which has more snow yet?

We were pretty new last year and mainly stuck to trails and really liked Atlas. About half our trips were to atlas last year, they have a nice cabin up there as well.
Was very safe conditions when we were there. Also rode in fernie and was fun and in pass on south side of hiway once.
It's all good when it's all new to you.
Have not been out yet so can't comment on conditions but heard Fernie is getting a bunch now.
