i know there was a riding area there a few years back but kinda forget where and if its still open ..... anyone know anything around there

Most will tell you Long Island Lake..... Cruised, abused and overused. Just a skeg mess torn to pieces by the complete overabundance of machines that go through it. I have a buddy that lives in Larkspur and I won't ride their anymore.
My next ride is going to be out in Smith country at the end of the month. Tons of hardpack and lots of sandhills to shoot.
The track in town is still open I believe if you want to use it. That and there is Barry's motorsports park or whatever out by Busby.
