was killed in a slide in Alaska on the 15th so just remember people it doesnt matter if your a professional athlete, have years of experience or vast knowledge of backcountry safety. It can happen to anybody at any time, if you're feeling too comfortable out there then take step back and remind your self that its never 100% safe out there. Think about that highmark before you go for it or the weather and conditions before you load your machine. Play safe everbody and hopefully everybody goes home.

Thanks for sharing this, I had no idea about this until now. If I'm thinking of the correct person from my sledding videos, his sled now has the red and black side panels and ski's with a hood split with both colors? He was a great sledder, RIP.
