Taken off west coast sledders.... Looks like the old 3" design with a slight offset in!

The dancing made me really sad.

Have to give props to Doo though, they sure don't rest on their laurels. It would have been pretty easy for them to just do BNG (like Polaris).

I think Polaris sure dropped the ball this year, in the mountain seg for sure. Some really cool stuff from Doo.

That is where I got my current sled and the staff are awesome
i have a 2009 skidoo Xp 600 etec and love it. This is a fuel efficient sled, burns no oil, and has lots of pep. I want to try the xm

sorry to say, but Polaris and Cat dealerships are going to have the sounds of crickets in the showrooms in the fall....something as simple as track change and look at the positive response doo gets, good for doo

its a pretty huge step. not only a deeper lug by half an inch. previous increments have been 1/4 inch. but also an industry first 174. easily could have just done a 163 x 2.75 but nope blow it out of the water. AWESOME

This is the real deal guys. I've run a 163x3 for 2 years now, and have run 174x3 with other sleds. There is absolutely no substitute for track when the powder is neck-deep. I'm stoked and in a bit of disbelief that they are actually building the sled I want instead of the sled I need to modify...

174 tracks have been around for somewhere around 10 years. 2005 or earlier sounds about right
