Prolly sensor. Unless u were leaning enuff that it read empty?

Level indicator in the tank, nothing to do with pump.

My '12 does it too. I would have took it back for repair but couldn't be bothered. Local dealer would have just charged me anyways even though it would was under warranty first time it did it. Either that or they "wouldn't be able to duplicate the problem", heard that several times with my 850XP when it was warranty issues lol!

My 2011 does it also, dealer could not find problem

My cat oil level sensor did that as well a couple years ago and was very intermittent. Cat warrantied and fixed it even though they could not get the light to come on at the shop, just took my word for it, sure glad im not given the run around like that
