Does anyone have any suggestions for easy removal of an engine from a 2007 Dragon. Should I remove the throttle body first or leave them in? Any ideas would be great.
Nope, leave them in. Remove exhaust, airbox, primary clutch, drain coolant, disconnect throttle and oil pump cables, disconnect electrical plugs, exhaust valve hose, knot your pull cord by the recoil and them remove handle, depressurize fuel rail (look for schraeder valve) and use fuel line disconnect tool to disconnect fuel and return lines, 4 motor mount bolts, that should be about it, lift it out.
