well dealer replaced the gauge. last week end go for the test ride and what do you know still doing 0 all the time. one thing i did notice was that the magnetic pickup was really far from the tone ring? anyone had theese problems

Had to get mine replaced last year...speedo and buttons did not work but everything has been fine with the new speedo

check the sensor right down by your brake rotor minr broke off caused the same problem
