Gentlemen ... we have an electrical problem with this sled. It only reaches top RPM when the headlights are on. If they don't light up, it doesn't rev past 6500rpm. Fuse is OK. Acctuator opens only when lights are on. What is the connection between lights & acctuator? The rave valves are clean & freely move. Cables move freely.
Soooooooo boys can you help with this problem????????

The headlight should always be on. The ecu sends the signal to the headlight relay when you start it and it reaches 900rpm. Sounds like a bad load relay (R2) this relay controls the headlights, e-rave actuator, warmers, and tailight. Replace all your relays with bosch relays and buy an extra one to keep with the sled for when this happens again shortly to you out in the mountains.
