I see to many, they have picked off cats and chickens
We love driving to Kamloops and eagle watch on the trip. There are seasons (especially in the fall) when we can see over a 100 one way and in the winter only 5-10 of the most hardy ones that stay the winter. I have seen 30 in a single tree close to Pritchard.
BTW, too many is never enough.

They are beautiful birds for sure, just don't like seeing my animals hanging from them

I seen a bald eagle pick up a rich couples Fu Fu dog right of the dock on Lasquiti island. The lady put it on the dock then ran back into there yacht , down it came and by went fluffy. They were very upset as you can imagine . They asked me if there was any chance of it being found and I had to say nope. Might find it's bones but I didn't tell them that.

F’n cats , I’ve had my share of wars with the bastards. My favourite is springtime planting and running my hands through fresh buried catshit .😡 GAME ON MF’s. I’ve built live traps. , used motion sensor sprinklers , chicken wire, pine cones, bamboo skewers . Quite satisfying actually

When we moved to the acreage there was so much mouse ch!t in the garage and barn.
Wife brought home 9 cats, haven't had any mouse ch!t anywhere since. They have been hunting the gophers last couple summers. Have had lots of different cats, coyotes, cougars, eagles and owls thin them out.

I have 8 cats living next door to me. I have a large amount of thowing objects at my back door. My aim is getting better but will use some of your methods. The neighbor keeps his front livingroom window open even in the winter so the cats can come and go. Bet his gas bill is cheap!!!!

a fresh empty can of salmon, tuna etc gets them everytime, put a towel over the trap, then into the back of the truck, vehicle? and off to the other end of town seems to work. or a trip to the SPCA is also another very good outcome, costs cat lady $100 to get pouty back, only takes a couple times!

my bro saves some piss for his live catches and sends them home soaked down . I just use the garden hose , it creates quite a performance - just like the cartoons 🤣
