You tried to keep me out of Revy/Sicamous the other day not even noticing that I lived in Salmon Arm. I consider being pretty much local in the North Shuswap/North Okanagan. The solution isn't following the media hype hook line and sinker! I went to school so that I could think and be creative!

Yesterday, we went sledding. Filled up the truck at a self-serve and not a person was around but I was prepared to "social distance" if need be. Drove for 2 hours and other than my son who lives in the same house we didn't come close to another person on the drive to and from the sledding area. Hell, we only met one pick-up truck on the logging road we travelled. The person I met to go sledding with was from Alberta and arrived the day before to stay in his cabin. Practiced "social distance" throughout the day while above 6000' for most of the day. Not another soul in the zones we visited. Exercise and fresh air in the back country are an ideal way to get away from the virus that haunts our towns and cities.

If you or anybody else looks at the data from the H1N1 virus when it rampaged the globe and compare it to this CoVid19 virus, shouldn't the question be why all the urgency and shutdowns with this virus. There is more to the problem than meets the eye and more to the agenda that our government is trying to shove down our throats.

The "agenda" is the problem and the only solution to the problem is going to be getting rid of the present government and the piece of chit leader! IMHO, it is a big joke with the precautions that are being taken and it is going to be more scary getting the economy going after this chit show than the havoc the virus is going to cause.

But you are entitled to do whatever you want, just don't try to get me into your "rose coloured world"!

Pretty sure I’m loading up the camper, and going out for a few days in the near future. Make hay when the sun shines, it was sunny this winter, got five days of sledding in so far. Not thinking I’m going to effect much going with the same two guys I see everyday at work. Pretty much two fuel stops, and good to go.

Avoiding big cities is the key thing to do. Those idiots are all jammed onto mass transit or taking filthy taxi cabs.

I realize this is a world wide problem but IMHO, it is all blown out of proportion. I agree getting rid of Trudope isn't gong to solve the virus and the problems that have been hyped up by it.

If Trudope would have been gone the last election I am sure we would have been better off as a country. If he stays on as PM and puts more of his "agenda" into place, as a county we are in deep, deep trouble. Can you imagine the payments on the debt? Can you imagine the unemployment? Can you imagine how many people are going to lose their homes and businesses? Trudope and Moron have no real feel for real world work. They won't have a clue what to do to get the economy back in order other than by increasing the deficit and taxes. It is going to be a scary place and the sooner Trudope and his band of puppets are gone, the better off Canada and Canadians will be.

Pretty much that's the way it was other than the two guys I was sledding with and one of those two was my son who lives in the same household. I had 16 hours of self-isolation on Tuesday and breathed a lot of very fresh, clean air.

The closest town was 35 km and that had a population of 100 people.
