Thanks for taking a trip out.Still hoping(dreaming) there is enough for a run on the weekend of the 29-30.I hate using my yearly sleding budget to travel into BC this early in the year.Would much rather use the money later in the year when the snow is really good out there. Please keep us posted.

Sorry boys and girls but its not quite ready yet.:( Only a few inches of cover all the way back to the shale crossing. The washout on the last climb before the border has some new 4 foot boulders in it! Its gonna need awhile longer. We just spent the the day clearing the trail....and I found the hardest rock on the trail.

Your gonna want to exit right(south) on to 2A towards Okotoks.Follow 2A all the way through Okotoks then turn right(west) on Hwy7 towards Black Dimond. When you hit the 4 way stop in the middle of Black Dimond turn left(south) on Hwy22 towards Longview. Just as you come to the bottom of the hill into Longview turn right(west) on to Hwy541. Drive past Eden Valley Reserve to the Highwood House gas station.Turn left(south) on Hwy40(Trunk Road).Drive about 5km on Hwy40 until you see the sign for Etherington campgound.Turn right on the access road and just follow it in to the parking lot and Vola!:beer:Probably takes about an hour from Calgary.Hears a map also incase i forgot anything.
