We had over 3" by last night, and close to 1.5" today, and still coming down in sheets. I had to gut a bedroom on the west side of my basement. Weeping tile wouldn't keep up in the window well, and poured in through the window and down the wall. Tough way to find all of the contractors screw-ups.
