whats it worth? 2013 xm needs new motor

looking for some input on the value of my ski doo. ive got a 2013 sp etec 800 154 with 3600kms that would probably need a new short block. the spark plug electrode broke off and did a bit of damage to the pto piston. i haven't pulled the head off yet but from what i can see through the exhaust the damage is pretty minimal. however the crank run out is .0005.

everything is straight and the sled looks good/clean. im not sure if i want to try and tackle this project myself or just get rid of it.

I did my 13 xm this year, was still running but barely. cvtech crank, stock pistons, gasket kit, rod bearings. assembly by tom at motts with a jug hone. came in under 1600. if your crank is good minus 800, if your nickasil is bad 500 for a jug. Not too bad at all in my opinion. thats with me doing all the labour except short block assembly.
