how did you get the broken axle out of the front diff Andy?

you replace with Rhino axles?

Removed diff, removed sprauge carrier. washers and welder from there. a lot of work and yes 2 new rhinos.

Went for ride with Ron H and ARFF. They cursed the quad. They talked about bearings and bushings and axles on their big mud rigs. Went home and checked the trusty Sportsman 550 out. Well 3 wheel brgs. 4 propeller driveshaft u-joints later I have the quad back on the trail. Put on over 600 KM working on the Snow and Mud trail before the Jamboree.

Yes the more mud you go into the more repairs you do. I need to learn throttle control, I see broken axles in the future.
