Put front end of ace back together. Filled front diff, reassemble and reinstall winch, test winch, rewire winch. Took rear end apart. Bearings very bad. Cleaned up the lower control arms. Full of dirt, used big hammer and bearing tool to pound out bearings. Go get new bearings tomorrow and some more copper anti seize crap.

Reassemble rear end tomorrow night.

The 500 was overheating bad on the weekend. Don't know exactly why, started all of a sudden. Lots of coolant, but not circulating like it should. Tested the thermostat, its reacting inconsistently, so we wired the thermostat open, helped a bit.
Engine is working harder than it should , so going to replace the thermostat and belt tomorrow night and test on the weekend. Hope its not the water pump.

Flush the rad? Possible mud build up in between the fins. My old sportsman and the Rhino would do that.

All back together after an expensive screw up. Was cross cutting the inner race off the hub and went too deep with the grinder. Picked up new hub and rear bearings today. Installed new bearings. Broke one stud putting them into the new hub. Was not cranking hard on it. Think it may have been on its way out.

DK offroad bushings on all 4 corners. New rear bearings. New brakes on all 4 corners. Winch cleaned up and greased. Added a mirror. Changed front diff, engine and transmission/rear diff oils. Greased it all up.

Still needs front bearings but need to take roll cage and a bunch of plastic off to do that. Want to ride this weekend so those ones will wait.

Load it back on truck tomorrow
