Too bad about the quad. Good thing the bush didn't light up...

I would like to see a recent pic of Margaret Lake, I was getting Toyota trucks in there 25 years ago (barely) Full size trucks were too wide to get around the DEEP mud holes, could go thru them with 40" tires, maybe...

The fishing was pretty good in those days, more critters than people then.

There was only 1 camp spot at the lake, and always available.

We would go in there with just one truck, and see nobody else for days, had to be very careful and creative to get home at times...

This pic is from about 1988 or so. Fat fish, red meat like a Sockeye Salmon. yum yum

Ah one less Polaris quad on the trails as long as polaris builds quads the days will be short due to mechanical breakdowns

Whoa! Total Bummer! :( Very lucky you were in that bit of an open area or could have been a lot of trees involved. The GREENIES would have had a Hay Day with that one. Insurance? :cool:
