What kind of power numbers are they saying for that 113''? I bet that will be a pretty fun ride for ya next summer!

Oh, it'll be silly fast. Going to need to behave for sure. S&S lists a curve chart of a peak of 103.7HP with 115.6 Torque.

I was mistaken, it is a 112". The igor located here,

Pretty excited, going through the transmission this week to confirm nothing is broken or on the edge of wear. Seriously considering switching final drive to chain, for obvious reasons.

So I've noticed if I post things on this, it gives me a kick in the ass to keep moving on it, and avoid the procrastination demons. Mid february, and I've still got some things to do. Tranny is good, so saving a few bucks there.

Tins got sent off to paint yesterday. Going red/black with a gold stripe, mild flake, and these graphics buried under the clear. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/290723789153?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_500wt_715

That is the plan so far anyways, if paint guy has a cooler idea, that's what will happen. He's the art guy, not I.

Getting pretty excited, kinda like having a new bike, but I'm breathing new life into a 20 year old ride.

Well might as well keep this updated. Got a set of bars whipped up. Tranny is gone through. Motor will be paid for tomorrow. Should be ready to fire in two weeks.

And tranny done. Tins come in Saturday and I can start bolting things back together forever (or until it breaks, whichever comes first)

Another task checked off the "to do" list.
With all the nice weather we get a bit excited to ride, so I guess this snow will relax all of us riders.
Keep the photos coming brother.

Yes sir, one more off the list. New sissy bar is done as well, just don't have a photo of that yet. Next week it's time to get serious. Want to be rolling by April. Attainable, if I keep my mind at it.

Progress is being made. Got the bars wired with the mini switches. No more huge switch blocks! Tomorrow the bars will be connected to the bike and can start getting tins on and the primary dialed in. Things like this help keep a guy de stressed and keeps minds off things.

Still plugging away. Wiring is done. Ordered the wrong oil lines by mistake. So again, waiting on parts.

My legs are only 30" long.

The shop was full and one lift needed to be slid over. That's my story and I'm sticking to it... Hah!
