I have a working head well.With the rods and leathers and a Beatty Bros pump on the top.My question is does anyone know how to or who to talk to about getting at the top leathers!I have a Monarch pump on another property that I work on so I'm familiar with changing leathers!I just can't figure out how to take the top off of the casing on this other pump.It's my back up well for when my submersible ****s the bed(like today) and I can't get a new pump installed till Monday!Any website that has some kind of diagrams of the pump would be great!And is it possible to install a jet pump on this well?It's 120 feet deep, not sure where water comes up to, and about 4 inch casing.Any help would be great!Anybody who worked on these wells seem to be dead already!All the water well guys just want to drill me a new well for upwards of $15 000!Pretty expensive back up water!Help!
