Time to upgrade the old sos beacons...... Thinking of the pieps dsp 8.2v

Looking at upgrading our sos beacons to the new pieps dsp 8.2v ...... Anyone have feedback on these units? I know zachs trax recomends them, anyone else

anything digital is better than the old analogue SOS. I would think if Zach and Lori say the pieps is good stuff then you're set

$25.00 difference - your probably that guy who won't pay to use groomed trails....cheepo....lol
They are both way better than what your using, I'd feel better, seeing as we ride together so much, just to have the latest technology.

agreed... our SOS Beacons are old, and do need upgraded.... might not be immediately but they will be done.

i still have the string tied between 2 cans, should be good to go. besides if yer bud wants you to save his life, shouldn't he be buying you the beacon? just an observation.
