Tightening Track

Hello all
I am new to sleds and sleding and last weekend when i was out my track was ratcheting, so i need to tighten the track. Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to do this properly.
its a 02 summit 800 144"

Lift back of sled off the ground, pop the caps off rear axle wheels and loosen bolts, turn adjuster bolts infront of wheels on the rails.

Am I missing something? Why do you do anything with the wheels? Just turn the adjuster bolts and that will loosen or tighten the track. Turn each side the same amount.

When you tighten track,maybe run it off the ground to see that it is running even on both sides, if not adjust accordingly.
