picked up a 2011 M8 HO 162" new left over. stupid deal that i couldnt pass up. the older i get, the more i realize that stock or just the minor mods are the way to go. spent far too much money over the years hoppin up sleds only to have them be slightly more fun but with more headaches.

what do you guys think about this wrap? yes or no? talked to Jordan at Arctic FX, asked him for a pick of one on a m. he said they havent done one on one. this is either a good thing or....lol

Nice sled, some crazy good deals out there. I have never seen holes drilled out on the belt cover before? Did you do this on your other M?

yes i did this on my old M...done it for years. its insane the hot air that is forced up and out from the clutch area. when crackin the throttle on a stand with the hood up its near double the air force with the holes.

went with the titanium primary spring, stock weights as of now...once i get some miles i will know better. as for the secondary....RK Tek Diamond Drive Clutch Kit. give Kelsey a call. 208-852-3221. ran me 350ish. guy is DEADLY and knows his ch!t.

i also have a boondocker controller that i will be running too.

for sure on the ride, I'll call him when I have some cash, love my 11, still my favorite sled to ride yet, I don't think I'm ready for the ultra rider forward machines yet haha

you should hand polish that tunnel with the stuff from the sled show, takes about 40 min and you'll be blown away with how nice it turns out and for $13 plus a 6 pack to occupy your other hand during the process it comes out pretty nice, I haven't got any recents of mine but I do mine twice a season and it's not a mirror but for the time and price it's pretty nice

have to look I left it at the shop but I think it's called dri wash aluminum polish, works good on new sleds but after a few years exposed without polish it doesn't work as well as advertised, exactly why my 07 got the bedliner treatment haha

nearly done...decided on not doing the wrap for it seems everyone is doin it. i like to be a bit diff. hence teh one eyed monster...lol. always run just one cover...no luggin around covers at night...one eye is ample light.

cut the shield down...cool tip: just take a tape measure, measure down from the edge of windscreen (i went 3") take a marker at your desired height...leaving the tape resting on edge of shield follow the edge and keep the marker at your desired height. why spend 50 bucks on a shield?
