i am looking at getting another sled and my neighbour has a 1999 summit 670x with 1700km on it. it has twin pipes, riser, two stage throttle. and is in mint condition. what would this sled be worth?

It seems like anything around hear is going for the price of gold, I would say 25 to 2800 at most...the 99 mach z is only about 2700 retail.....

25 range max for sure. but what brand of pipes are they and how long have they been on it. these sleds weren't big fans of pipes and if inadeqaute ones were put on your buying yourself a 2500 dollar headache.

SHOULD be around $2500..... for some reason the guys selling them right now figure they should be able to get $4000... I've been looking for one as well and if I was gonna spend 3500-4000 I'd be buying newer than 1999....

If you can get it for $2500 - 2800 then your getting a fair deal, 1700Km is pretty good for the age...

Last year I paid $3000 for the wifes 99 summit 670x with 144" track 2" paddles and reverse with 2600km....

They are an awesome machine

Just my 2 cents....

theres a guy in seba beach has a 99 that is stock except for a can and riser. looks mint in the pics and hes asking 3000. could get his number for you if you want next time we get the mail. havent seen it on kijiji yet so his price isn't quite as nuts as everyone elses.

My brother-in-law just sold his for $4K. I have the same sled in just as if not better with an new engine (rebuilt top and bottom end). The question is could I afford to sell it for $4K? No, I couldn't. I know what I have in to it, I know how it has been treated, and I know it should be good for a while now. For $4K to $8K I would be getting into a newer, but used sled that I know not much about. Just my 2 cents. Sorry for the rant.

The unfortunate facts are that our toys are never worth what we have into them. I agree this sled is worth mid to high $2,000.00 but not much over $3,000.00. I had one and sold it for $3,500.00 3 years ago all done up but in excellent shape

Ditto that! The things everyone enjoy always have a cost.
