Some thing fishey

Have any of you heard about some movement going on that is trying to stop THINGS with motors in them being used in the mountains above a certain Altitude. I think it happening in Kelowna??

All year around or just summer? I can see summer cause your right on the dirt and grass. But can't see it with snow.
