I would appreciate some info on places to service and refill Snowpulse cylinders somewhere between Stewart and Revelstoke this week. Thanks in advance!

You could try search and rescue in Revy... Or the fire department. Valhalla Pure does, a canister exchange for $30.

Avalanche Safety Solutions in Golden is the closest one I know of to Revy.
