Singles on back of duallys ???

I had to order a couple tires for the new to me Dually. So I pulled the inside duals an put them up front as these four were like new. I had no clue this would be such a concern for so many? I had a guy stop me in traffic and tell me I was missing some tires!!!!so being the a$$ that Iam I told him they were there Somone must have stole them!!! This tard believed me that they stole the inside duals and put the outside back on complete with hub caps !!!
