riding areas close to grande cache

just wondering if there are some close riding areas to grande cache, heading there for work and gonna bring the sleds, some place to go for a couple of hrs in the evening after works. thank you

well it all depends how close you wanna be when riding. Got lots of places to go around here if you dont mind hauling the sled. Do lots of ditch bangging, lots of cut lines to ride. Theres a few places.

just lookin for some thing closer to town maybe within 1/2hr or so like i said it will just be in the evenings after work for a couple of hrs which way is best to go north or south? dont mind ditch banging , is there some decent snow there, will be there for a couple of weeks. thanks for the reply, Shawn

Yeah we got some decent snow around here. As for north or south, either way 1/2 hour out your looking at some good snow. Although to the south the ditches have been tracked up pretty good. If you go north to Prairie Creek which is about half hour out, the last time i was up that way everything still looked pretty good.
