Rhino Axles - 2011 850 XP - How Do They Fit?

Everyone,

Need the pros again! I installed two front Rhino axles on machine the other day, but noticed that they do not fit into the front diff all the way like the stock ones did. I cleaned out the splines and used anti-seize compound as well. I emailed SuperATV and asked if this was normal and they said yes. I would like to see if anyone else had this issue and if they could shed some light on my concern! Thanks in advance!

Take them back out and measure them every way possible to see if they are the same. Maybe the c-clip is bigger around and doesn't want it to seat properly. I haven't had good luck with Rhino axles and won't waist my money on them again!

That sounds like a good idea. I will pull them out again...DOH!
