Would think with 5psi you could get away with good pump fuel, I ran a season at that boost on pump fuel with Aerocharger’s kit, on 800 Etec
His HD kit so far has treated me well
If you were close I would do it for you, easy adjustment with can-doo.. could just add a few ounces to fuel as well, done that in thenpast[/QUOT
I could be wrong, but I think the concern is the oil injection supply dead heading in the turbo. This is the reason for turning up the pump. There again... I asked Dave and he said pump absolutely needed turned up three points richer(lower number).

tuned mine up 2 points years ago when i first installed the redline turbo on my XM. ran the original engine to almost 10000km(7500km under boost) before i did a preventative rebuild, most of it at 7lbs of boost. did have the 5lb waste gate for about 800-1000km. the boys at Motor Tech (Banner) did it for me in about 2 mins.
I can’t find the picture but removed the pipe for some reason and his kit had a oil pool laying in the y pipe of each side, looked pretty well oiled to say the least.. he has it set to 5 when I looked last
Up is down and down is up. The lower the cal number the higher the oil output. Mine was on 5 in stock form, and I had it is set to 2 when I installed my kit. This was per Daves instructions.
