I have dealt with rainy creek in the past and they have been good to me. As well as turples I have no complaints. I always get treated great there. I have had things fixed at both these places and everything worked out good. If I have to pay a little more money to buy local instead of paying for a tank of fuel to buy from someone else that I don't know then so be it. These people aren't here to "screw" anyone they just might need a better QC department. Like everything else there is always room for improvement.

yeah every dealership has it's horror stories, some more than others. better to buy local and keep your dealer in business so that when u really need him he is there.

New owner took over parkland around April guy from lacombe, Doug still owns the building and
land but he's just the landlord.

Ps my vote for any parts goes to rdps yes they have to order often but always great to deal with.

Purchased my last three sleds from Doug at RainyCreek. Always been excellent to deal with and fair on his prices. I just saw a guy purchase a limited edition pro 800 163 for 13 G all in out the door today.
