Polaris 1000 will 12" rims fit?

Picked up a new 1000. Have some brand new 30-10-12 sliver backs sitting in the shop with no rims. Will they fit if I pick up some aftermarket rims

Take a look at the clearance you have on the rims now and judge from there. To tight is not good then you will always be wrecking rims.

I think you have to run a 14 unless you run a big offset / and or spacers... All the 1000s handle a lot better being wider with a lot stiffer springs anyways ...... If you go wider , you lose a lot of wheel travel due to the sag in the cheap springs ....

Yup, no fit at all. Caliper is in the way. 14" or bigger only, kinda sucks, I just had to buy paddles and 14" paddle tires and rims are VERY pricey!!

Yeah it's a sportsman kind of forgot to add that lol with that being said anyone wanna buy some silverbacks ? �� Who needs brakes anyways
