New BC Campfire regulations

Just a heads up for anyone headed to BC this weekend. Campfires are to be no more than 1/2 metre X 1/2 metre in size. 1.5 foot square. Should the fish cops find a fire bigger than that, you are looking at $340 fine.

This kicks in on the first, along with the HST, and another 5 cents per litre for the gas tax.

Just making people aware, so they can keep some extra beans in their jeans...

just stack it extra high, i didnt read anything about how tall it can be. Private residenses dont seem to be affected, more parties at the cabin I guess.
