Hey everyone. New to the site and really enjoying all the great info on here.
Been riding around home in the Saska-flats all my life up until last year. Went out and bought a 2014 800 XM Summit 146 this fall and took a trip to Golden, Radium, Fairmont areas over New Year's with some friends who have some mountain experience. The challenge has been amazing and I can't believe how much there is to learn about the sport! All I can say is I'm hooked on mountain riding now and there's no going back. Headed to Valemount over February long weekend and hopefully many more trips in the future! See you out west!

Thanks guys. It is pretty unreal. My third day out we were lucky enough to be the first into a huge meadow that had a good base plus two feet of fresh, untracked powder from overnight. It was absolutely unreal. More like driving a boat than a sled in that stuff, even when climbing lol. That was pretty much the day that hooked me. Also, kind of get a kick out of being told by family and friends that have never been out there that I'm crazy for going lol
