m7 waterpump leak

05 m7 waterpump leak. aprox how many hour to pull mill and replace oil pump and waterpump seals and reinstall mill. any help would be nice.

took me 3.5 to pull the engine,and replace the pump and clean the belly pan.super easy it's a 12 beer job for 2 people.the hardest part were the stupid trottle bodys to get on and off
