Obviously has never taken an AST course. Lots of visible red flags to be seen.

I would say not.. I've never taken the course an I even seen some.. Speaking of that i gotta get on it.

ya I seen that too, once he came over the top on the climb I dont think he and his apex had any other way down but that side.

Unfortunately been there done that (2005). Fortunately I also can still talk about it. It happens fast, with no time to get scared, just react. In my case there were trees at the bottom that I managed to miss, and many of them got buried. I took my AST1 the next year. BIG eye opener. Watching this video brought all the memories back like it was yesterday.

That was a slow wet snow avalanche. Had he been buried his buddies would have had a heck if time digging through that cement to get him.

Drove through it similar to the video. That's my track coming out the bottom at wot. I was at the top right of the pic when it started. It broke after I was turned around
