Wanting tips and tricks to lubricate throttle cables and prevent freezing.... Lets hear it!

Does it have to be a low temp type lube? Or can I just use wd/moov it?

Small amount of thin lube every trip works wonders.

No it does not, i always used a cable lube most times. Never any issues

If you function it wide open a little more often, and you shouldn't have a freezing problem. It will help keep everything under hood a little warmer to avoid the freezing problem. Just a suggestion.
